Here's more photos from our senior's job shadowing day. Over 40 VHS seniors participated in the event, which allowed them to see what a "day in the life" was like in their chosen career field. Vernon ISD would like to thank all of the local businesses for allowing our students to shadow your employees and give them a taste of an average work day in your profession.

Over 40 Vernon High School seniors got to see what a “day in the life” of their possible career choice looked like today, as they shadowed employees at approximately 22 local businesses. The businesses ranged from a hair salon to a bank, a real estate office, an accounting firm, and the fire station and police department. The Lions will host No. 9-ranked Holliday here Friday night.

The Lady Lions are scheduled take on Comanche at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the Anson High School Gym in the bi-district round of the playoffs. Comanche finished second in District 8-3A.
